About These Terms

These terms exist to help, not restrict. They explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you. We've written them in plain language because we believe clarity is a form of respect, especially during a difficult time.

By placing an order with H Memorials, you agree to these terms. If anything here feels unclear or unfair, please contact us — we're always willing to talk it through.

What We Provide

H Memorials is a memorial poster design and printing service. We provide:

  • Professional memorial poster templates you can customize with your own photos, names, dates, and quotes
  • A step-by-step design editor that works on any device, including phones
  • Printing on three materials — Poster Print, Canvas Print, and Foam Board Sign — in three sizes (16"×20", 18"×24", 24"×36")
  • Shipping and delivery to addresses within the United States
  • A “Design It For Me” service if you'd prefer our team to create your poster
  • Customer support by email to help with any questions or issues

Accounts & Guest Checkout

You never need to create an account to place an order. Guest checkout is always available and fully supported.

If you choose to create an account, you'll be able to save designs for later, view your order history, and manage your information. You can sign in with a magic link sent to your email — no password to remember.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will remove your account, saved designs, and personal information within 5 business days.

Orders & Payment

The prices shown on our website are the prices you pay. There are no hidden fees at checkout. Tax and shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

  • All prices are listed in US dollars (USD)
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card information never touches our servers
  • Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details

Design & Customization

You customize our templates with your own photos, text, and preferences using our step-by-step wizard or advanced editor. The design you create is what gets printed — you see a preview before checkout so you know exactly what you're getting.

Our “Design It For Me” service is available if you'd prefer our team to create the poster for you. You provide the details and photos, and we handle the design work.

Please ensure that you have the right to use any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission from the owner to use it for a memorial poster.

Intellectual Property

Your photos are yours. You retain full ownership of any photos you upload. We will never use your photos for any purpose other than creating your poster, unless you give us explicit permission.

The printed poster is yours. Display it, frame it, share it, cherish it — it belongs to you.

Template designs belong to H Memorials. The backgrounds, decorative elements, and layouts of our templates are our intellectual property. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially reuse the template designs themselves.

Order Modification & Cancellation

Before print production begins, contact us and we will make changes or cancel your order at no charge.

Once printing has started, modifications may not be possible. However, we will always work with you to find the best solution. If you're unhappy with the result for any reason, our refund and replacement policy has you covered.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States
  • Standard delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on your location and the shipping carrier
  • Rush and express delivery options carry a delivery deadline guarantee — if we miss the promised date, you receive a full refund of the rush premium
  • You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds & Replacements

Limitations & Liability

We do our best to ensure accurate colors and quality in every poster. Minor variations can occur between what you see on screen and the final print due to differences in monitors and printing processes. If you're not happy with the result, our refund and replacement policy has you covered.

While we work hard to keep our website running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If you experience a technical issue during checkout or design, please contact us and we will help you complete your order.

Resolving Concerns

If something isn't right, please talk to us first. An email to our support team resolves most concerns within 24 hours. We believe in working things out, not lawyering up.

If we can't resolve a concern together through direct communication, we agree to attempt mediation before any formal legal proceedings. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes to These Terms

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For changes that significantly affect your rights, we will notify you by email if you have an account with us.
