When you're ordering a memorial poster, the last thing you need is worry about what happens if something goes wrong. So here's our simple promise:

If there's a problem, we'll fix it. No fine print, no runaround, no questions asked.

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund in any of these situations:

  • You change your mind before printing begins — no charge, no questions
  • Quality defect — the printed product has color inaccuracy, print damage, or was printed on the wrong material or size
  • Missed delivery — your order doesn't arrive by the promised delivery date
  • Wrong item — you received something other than what you ordered
  • Lost in transit — your order never arrives

If you're unhappy for any other reason, please contact us. We'll always try to find a solution that works for you.

Free Replacement

If your poster arrives with any quality issue — color problems, print defects, damage during shipping — we will send you a corrected replacement at no cost.

  • Simply send us a photo of the issue by email. That's all we need.
  • We'll ship a corrected replacement right away — typically within 2 business days
  • You choose: replacement or full refund. The decision is yours.

Rush Order Guarantee

We know that when you need a memorial poster for a service, the timeline is not flexible. That's why rush orders come with a guarantee:

  • Express delivery — if we miss the promised delivery date, you receive a full refund of the rush premium
  • If the order arrives too late for the service — we'll refund the entire order, not just the rush fee

You should not have to worry about whether your poster will arrive on time. If we can't meet the deadline, we take responsibility.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Requesting a refund or replacement is simple. There are no forms to fill out and no hoops to jump through.

Tell us your order number and what went wrong. If there's a quality issue, a photo helps us improve — but it's not required. We respond to all requests within 24 hours.

Processing Timeline

  • Refund decision — within 1 business day of your request
  • Refund initiated — within 2 business days of approval
  • Refund appears on your statement — 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank
  • Replacement shipped — within 2 business days of approval

No Return Shipping Required

We will never ask you to ship a memorial poster back to us. The poster is yours to keep regardless of the outcome. We absorb all costs associated with replacements and refunds.
