Where We Use AI

AI plays a supporting role in three specific areas of our workflow. In every case, a human reviews and approves the result before it reaches you.

Template Background Generation

AI helps us create the decorative backgrounds and artistic elements used in our memorial poster templates. Every AI-generated background is reviewed and approved by our design team before it enters the template library. If it doesn't meet our quality and sensitivity standards, it doesn't make it to the site.

Product Mockups

AI assists in creating product scene images — the lifestyle mockups you see on template listing pages. These help you visualize what a finished poster looks like in a real setting. They are clearly product images, not representations of your custom design.

Template Naming

When we add new templates to our library, AI suggests descriptive names based on the visual style and mood of the design. Our team reviews every suggestion and approves or adjusts the name before it goes live. No template name reaches you without a human decision.

Where We Don't Use AI

Some things should always remain human. These are boundaries we have set for ourselves, and we hold to them without exception.

We never use AI to write memorial text or obituaries

The words on your memorial poster are yours. Every name, date, quote, and verse is entered by you or someone you trust. We will never auto-generate text about your loved one.

We never auto-edit customer photos without consent

Your photo is placed on the template exactly as you provide it. We do not apply AI filters, face edits, or background removal unless you specifically request it.

We never use AI to set prices

Our pricing is set by our team based on material costs, production expenses, and fair margins. No algorithm adjusts prices based on demand, time of day, or your browsing behavior.

We never use AI for customer support responses

When you reach out to us, you hear from a real person. We do not use chatbots or AI-generated replies for customer communication.

Human Oversight Always

Every AI output — whether a background image, a product mockup, or a template name — is reviewed by a member of our team before it reaches you. AI is a tool we use; it does not make decisions on its own.

Customer Control

You decide what goes on your memorial poster. The photo, the name, the dates, the quote — every element is your choice. Our tools help you create; they never create for you without your direction.

Data Privacy

Customer photos are never used for AI training. Your images are stored securely, used only to produce your poster, and deleted according to our retention policy. We treat your photos as what they are — irreplaceable images of someone you love.

Transparency
