What If Something Goes Wrong?
If your memorial arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not up to standard, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will:
- Reprint and reship your memorial at no additional cost
- Cover all shipping charges for the replacement
- Expedite the reprint to get it to you as quickly as possible
